Welcome to the Oak Creek Owners Association (OCOA) website! This website is maintained by Affirmative Management and contains information about a host of HOA-related topics including:

• Insurance information, including an insurance summary that many lenders ask for every year

• Architectural & Landscaping Guidelines and Satellite Dish Installation Guidelines

• A link to Heritage Bank's dues payment portal where you can create an account to pay your dues automatically via auto-draft, i.e., allow Heritage Bank to 'pull' your payment. To set up auto-draft, you will need your your bank's routing # and your checking account #. You will also need your Oak Creek account # (can be found on your payment coupon). Note that if you pay your dues this way, you will still have to adjust the amount when dues increase. This typically occurs in January, although it doesn't happen every year.

• Information about how to get rid of stuff, including large items, by visiting the city's webpage entitled How to Get Rid of Anything; plus a link to info about the Smart Station near 237 & Lawrence where you can dispose of just about anything -- furniture, appliances, mattresses, eWaste, etc -- most of it for free! 

• A Resident Registration Form for resident owners and tenants alike to complete

• Pictures showing how to turn the sprinklers OFF at the main control valves in front of 1610 and 1656

• Maintenance responsibility, e.g., who fixes an item, OCOA or the homeowner?
